“Are you insured?”
Answer: I carry compensation and liability insurance
“Do you have a crew or is it just you working on these projects?”
Answer: I’m a one man army! I typically work alone.
“Can I get a free quote for my project?”
Answer:  Yes, of course! Estimates are free and I have them back within 48 hours.
“How long will my project take?”
Answer: The time frame depends largely on job.  Each job will vary, due to size of job and material being used.  For example, carpet is usually one day, ceramic tile takes several days due to dry times, tiles will be set usually on first day, depending on size and floor prep.  The next day its job will be grouted and moldings and appliances are installed.  Laminates usually take one day depending on the size.  All jobs are quoted with a time frame, we typically explain the steps of how and when everything will be done during the quoting.
“Are you allergic to dogs or cats?  …I have a dog will that be a problem?”
Answer: I am an animal friendly contractor, I also have two dogs and bird.
“How do we get rid of the project scrap or waste?”
Answer: I’m a “one stop shop”. I will remove all scrap from the project if you so desire.
“Do you do plumbing or do we need a separate contractor?”

Answer: I do everything from ripping/hauling/removing/plumbing /electric/and finish work.  I try hard to work with my clients and their desired specs.  No request goes unheard,  and I give my clients many options where possible.  Not every request can be fulfilled however due to size requirement or budgetary concerns.  I will however try my best to fulfill my clients wishes. In addition I warranty my work generally one year,

“Can I work with you to pick my own colors/tile/trim/fixtures?”
